YDJ-A hydraulic engine stroke monitoring instrument, equipped with TD-1 hydraulic engine sensor, can measure the valve position opening of various rotating machinery. The starting valve, power limiter, synchronizer, and oil motor stroke of the steam turbine generator set reflect the working condition of the unit, the size of the load, and the operating efficiency. It is necessary to connect the oil motor stroke monitoring instrument with the oil motor sensor to monitor and measure it.

Main functions
Monitoring and protection of valve position opening for rotating machinery such as steam turbines, water turbines, compressors, and blowers.

Function Description:
1. Display function
The measured stroke value, I value alarm, and II value alarm set value of the hydraulic engine can be displayed separately on the LED digital tube, with a 4-digit digital tube as the symbol bit.
2. Alarm function
There are two levels of alarms, and users can set the alarm value according to their needs. When the stroke of the hydraulic engine exceeds the alarm set value, the corresponding alarm indicator light on the front panel will light up, and the monitoring instrument will output a switch signal on the rear panel to protect the controlled equipment.
3. Alarm delay time setting function
The adjustment range for alarm delay time is 0-3 seconds to prevent false alarms caused by on-site interference.
4. Self diagnostic function
Equipped with power on and power off detection functions, while cutting off alarm and shutdown output circuits, it can effectively suppress false alarms of instruments.
5. Record output
Equipped with a 4-20mA current output interface, it can be connected to devices such as computers, DCS, PLC systems, and paperless recorders.
